Article 1 – Definitions.

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• Leaphy.store: the webshop of the Leaphy Foundation, focused on providing educational electronics and teaching materials;
• Client: educational institutions or individual teachers in primary and secondary education;
• Reflection period: the period during which the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal;
• Agreement: any purchase agreement between Leaphy.store and the customer, concluded through the website;
• Products: all educational materials, hardware and software offered through Leaphy.store.

Article 3 – Applicability.

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements related to Leaphy.store, aimed at customers in the education sector. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 4 – The offer

Leaphy.store strives to describe all products completely, correctly and clearly. Images are illustrative and may vary slightly. Prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is established as soon as the customer has placed an order through the web shop and has received a confirmation thereof. When in doubt about an order, Leaphy can contact for verification.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

Educational institutions and teachers have the right, within 14 days of receiving the order, to return it without giving reasons. The product must be returned unused, complete and in original packaging.

Article 7 – Costs in the event of withdrawal

Upon revocation, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Leaphy will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the return.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized products, or digital content whose seal has been broken or has already been downloaded.

Article 9 – Prices and payment

All prices include VAT and are subject to printing and typographical errors. Payment is made via the payment methods indicated on the webshop. Educational institutions may order by invoice upon request.

Article 10 – Warranty

Leaphy warrants that products meet the agreement and reasonable expectations of quality and usefulness in education. Warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use or modifications to the product.

Article 11 – Delivery

Orders are normally shipped within 5 business days. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Delays will be communicated by e-mail.

Article 12 – Liability

Leaphy is not liable for consequential or indirect damages resulting from the use of its products. Liability is limited to the value of the product delivered.

Article 13 – Complaints

Complaints about products or services can be reported at contact@leaphy.nl. Leaphy will respond substantively within 5 business days. In case of disputes, an appropriate solution will be sought.

Article 14 – Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht.
